6.0The location is pretty good.
− The apartment did not meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Dust was evident throughout the property, including significant accumulations under the bed. The balcony was covered with pigeon droppings and was therefore unusable. One of the primary reasons I chose this apartment was the balcony, particularly as we were fortunate to enjoy exceptional weather during our stay. Unfortunately, its condition prevented us from making any use of it. The entrance area was excessively warm, and the hallways appear dated and would benefit from maintenance and refurbishment. People tended to congregate directly outside the main entrance to smoke. This is surprising given the availability of ample space nearby where smoking would be less intrusive. While the apartment is conveniently located, the surrounding area can feel somewhat unsafe and unwelcoming at certain times.

9.0Everything was good, met expectations and it was close to the public transport. The accommodation was clean and was good for what we needed
− The accommodation had an induction hob but there was only one pan that work on the hob, the other ones were not compatible, but we managed to use it :)
