6.0The staff was helpful and friendly. The taxi they called when is outside but the hotel got connections with pick up. The guy was improper behaviour by looking at me to make me uncomfortable also tryed to ripme off saying the journey will cost me 100 dhm i said that's not what the reception said to me is only 50 to 60 dhm. I asked him where is from he said Pakistan. I asked him why would he want to make bad name for Dubai

10.0We flew in to Dubai from Australia early in the morning for a three day stay en route to Spain. Florida al Souq welcomed us and arranged early check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Florida al Souq is a great place to stay in the older part of Dubai with lots of places to eat nearby. Also only a short distance on the metro to and from the airport.

2.0I can not recommend the place. The noise is 24/7. People selling on the street up to 3am. The rooms need refurbishment. Only good thing is bed was very comfortable.
