Ok, but needs improvement.
4.0The location is great, next to the metro station + direct bus to Shibuya. The room size is ok. Rooftop onsen and sauna is a great idea, but it have to be kept clean.
− As written in many reviews, I can confirm that there is a problem with A/C smelling bad. I've asked for another room, but it was just slightly better. You can simply see that the A/C unit was not cleaned for a very long time. The hotel management should invest more into the A/C deep cleaning, not just filters sweep. Hot tubs in the onses need to be cleaned properly as well, now you can see the dirt along the water line...which ruins the overal pleasant experience.
