9.0Tout, le lieu, le quartier, la cuisine équipée, la mezzanine, le grand lit, le petit salon, l’accueil, l’arrangement pour les bagages surtout, qu’on nous a gardés le premier et le dernier jour !! Merci.
− Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de vue. Ça manque un peu quand on est à Venise. La cour avec les travaux et les odeurs n’est pas terrible.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich komme immer wieder!
9.0Für Venedig-Verhältnisse geräumiges Appartment, in modernen Stil. Alles gepflegt und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Ansprechperson funktioniert einwandfrei.
− Der Zugang durch den kleinen Innenhof ist seit Jahren eine Baustelle, man muss durch den Schmutz und an stinkenden Müllsäcken vorbei um zur Türe zu gelangen. Es wäre schön wenn das eines Tages mal aufgeräumt und sauber wäre.
Tolle Qualität und angenehm
8.0Die Lage war ideal, die Wohnung modern und sauber. Die Ausstattung empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und ausreichend. Wir haben uns gut erholen können. Danke für alles.
− Zwei Dinge, die meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden können. Erstens das Licht: Die Lichtquailtät im Wohnzimmer und Bett ist ausbaufähig. Der grosse Scheinwerfer über der Küche, der alles beleuchtet, ist nicht wirklich sinnvoll. Beim Bett hat es keine Lesemöglichkeit. Zweitens das Lüftungsgerät: Es kann nicht oder nur sehr schwer fein eingestellt werden. Der kleine grüne Hebel lässt sich fast nicht bewegen und die Abstufung zwischen feiner und grosser Belüftung funtioniert nicht richtig.
Zum ersten Mal in Venedig. Wir kommen wieder.
10.0Klasse Loft. Alles da. Schiffsanleger um die Ecke. Cichetti bzw Vinothek eine Türe weiter bzw ein weiteres Geschäft ein paar Meter weiter.
