10.0HAPPY NEW YEAR & MERRY XMAS EVERYONE , WELL THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT BUT THE HOUSEKEEPING AND ROOM SERVICE WAS TOO DIRTY AND THE APARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THE SPA AND EVERYTHING ,AND AGAIN THE STAFF WAS GREAT & VERY HELPFUL AND WELCOMING AND FAST BUT THE CLEANESS OF THE APARTMENT WAS SO BAD AND THEY NEED TO BRING MORE STAFF AND REALLY CLEAN UP OR ELSE THEY WILL LOSE ALOT CLIENTS . ...THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF

Hire new cleaners please!
6.0We were visiting with the family, had booked 3 rooms. The location was good. The lobby, gym and swimming pool were nice and clean.The management staff were very nice and trying to do their best . Special thanks to Cem who was very professional and fluent in English as well. However as I gave feedback to them the cleanliness is appallingly terrible in the rooms! They need to hire a new team for cleaning as their cleaners don’t know how to clean and unfortunately they didn’t look clean themselves either!They wouldn’t put enough towels and they never hoovered. Only used a fluffy mop. We had to buy bleach to clean the showers and the worktops. The management even took a picture to show the cleaners but it still didn’t improve. It is a shame as it’s a nice place with nice staff but cleanliness brings it down completely. It also needs more kitchen utensils, and as it was the cleaner’s duty to check on that I don’t think that would improve as long as they work there.
