1.0− DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is infested with bed bugs. I found them in my first room, and when I reported it, they moved me to a second room, which was also contaminated. The hotel’s response is a complete joke. They are now claiming they 'upgraded' me to a Deluxe room, which is a blatant lie; it was the only room available at the time and was just as filthy as the first. They had the audacity to claim the second room was 'thoroughly checked,' despite the fact that I found clear evidence of infestation there as well. Management refuses to acknowledge the issue, ignores refund requests, and hides behind Booking.com. They are actively putting guests' health at risk and then gaslighting them when they complain. Do not trust their hygiene standards or their word. This is not a hotel; it is a health hazard. Save your money and your health and book anywhere else.

1.0Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. The cleanliness of the room was awful, and there was a disgusting smell constantly coming from the bathroom. On top of that, the air conditioner did not work at all, making the room suffocatingly hot to the point where it was impossible to breathe or sleep. When I requested to change my room because I couldn't sleep, the staff member aggressively yelled at me and said, 'If you don't like it, just leave.' Avoid this place at all costs!
