Run down, dirty and terrible communication but good location.
3.0The bed linen was clean. The location was excellent. The sash windows provided a very welcome draft in the hot weather. The wifi was good.
− The communication between the hotel and the property managers was very poor meaning that I had to make multiple phone calls to try to get someone to get the keys to me. The walls of the studio were filthy. It was really a corridor which had been turned into a room. The bathroom was very poorly designed so that it wasn't possible to sit on the lavatory because there was no room for my feet! I was staying there on the night of the world cup quarter finals and there was no reception on the television on that channel!

− Worst place anyone can pay and stay in a place. They are scammers so think 100 times before your book this place. It's not worth $1 so don't waste your money.

− The curtains were hanging off the end of the rail so could not be drawn. The windows were very dirty. The television did not work. The shelves in the fridge were missing. The mat by the bed was very dirty and old. The pillow consisted of two lumpy pads inside a pillow case. The duvet was lumpy and not clean. Both the pillow and duvet need replacing.
