Poor bed
4.0Book for two days left after one night and moved to another hotel. The bed was so hard i got about two hours sleep. They need to invest in a new materss in room 5

10.0The time spent here was magical. A little piece of quiet paradise tucked in behind the busy streets of Chinatown. The level of warmth and service from all of the staff was a nice touch to an already amazing stay. I can't recommend this place enoughm

4.0Hardly an hotel certainely not 4 star. Nice property bit the windows are not sealed nore soundproof. It's not safe, it's noisy and there is no hotel service at all. No one cleaned the room, and their is no.concierge , it's only the ( nice) women of the coffee shop wich is closed after 7pm. After this time there is nobody. You've better not need anything. Check in only in between 3pm and 7 !

8.0There is no staff to respond in the night, so we got the inconvenience to ask how to use the TV (eventually we could not use it), ask to change the time of breakfast. The breakfast was very nice.
Chinatown boutique
10.0Small boutique hotel on the eastern end of Chinatown. Very comfortable, large room with great breakfast. Location is close to metro with good food/drinks options nearby.
