10.0We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly sweet, kind, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Figen and Semra — they were so lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is right in the city centre, making it very easy to commute, with tram access close by, great restaurants around, and shopping areas nearby. The location is unbeatable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely at home. Good variety of breakfast too.. 10/10
