Staff a bit unfriendly but it‘s okey for the price
7.0The room was clean and we got new towels every day.
− The lady that checked us in was very unfriendly !! And the safe in the room wasn‘t attached, which means it was completely useless. If you have heavy bags then it‘s not the best place to stay as there is no elevator. If you are sensitive to noise during sleeping then it s not the best place either because the hotel is on a party street.

Please be informed that this property does not have a elevator..
Please note that check-in will take place at Khaosan Palace Hotel, located on the left side of the property.
We will renovate the tiled floor at ground floor which will be noisy. The engineer will work on 5-14 Oct.2022 that start at 10.00 am. - 18.00 pm. Sorry for inconvenience caused.
