10.0Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

6.0Property is beautiful but they had construction going on. We checked in at 5 am and were woken up at 10 am by loud drilling noises that felt like it was right outside our room. Next day the drilling started at 9 am . We were very sleep deprived. We needed to sleep in the afternoon as we had a flight at 3.45 am the next day and asked for a room change . We got the keys and managed to have access to the safe. We ventured out leaving a message with reception to move our packed bags to the new room. We arrived at 3 pm and no bags were in our room. Had to wait another 30 mins before our bags arrived. We could only nap for an hour and half before heading out for a dinner with Family. On our arrival back to the hotel we packed and headed out to the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel manager and staff were very apologetic and tried to look after us but that didn’t help with sleep deprivation.

10.0The best place I have ever stayed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is amazing and the food options are fantastic. From the hospitality to the food to the facilities. This places makes me want to go back to Dubai just so I can stay there again.
