9.0Location was super and we enjoyed exploring the local area and foodie recommendations given by Em. He was a fantastic host, went above and beyond in helping us with navigating Bangkok and made a delicious breakfast for us, including accommodating for some food allergies. Room was as advertised, peaceful and we all had a great sleep. Will definitely stay again when we return to Bangkok.

8.0Excellent accueil de Em, qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable et des bon conseil lorsqu'il s'agit de trouver une bonne adresse pour déjeuner ! Nous reverrons bientôt, je l'espère. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et n'a rien de commun avec d'autres hôtels. L'hôtel est en outre très bien situé, à proximité du What Pho et du Chao Praya. Le quartier est très animé le soir, ce qui est très agréable, d’autant plus que le bruit ne dure vraiment pas tard dans la nuit. Bref, cela ne vous empêchera pas de dormir 😉

10.0The neighborhood is historic and within walking distance of the major sights and river. The traditional thai breakfast and coffee are delicious.

Needs improvement, I was a bit disappointed. The host was great.
5.0The host is really very nice and will try and accommodate your needs. He cares.
− Room was not as expected. No garden view really... Lighting in the room is not very good, also some blue lightbulbs (shouldn't be part of a boutique hotel) No nightstand lights, I asked for one from the host, he gave me one but the light again was blue. I didn't want to mention it again. Room decor can be improved, an addition of a floor lamp, making sure the lights are the same colour (they are the same price...) The hotel room is supposed to be a boutique hotel, felt more like an inn. The breakfast has no variety and the one meal I had was nothing special. I feel bad for writing this, because the host was very friendly, but I came from far away and was disappointed (can't get my holiday back) so I wanted to warn others.
