10.0I just arrived, and so far, so good! Great welcome from Jonathan at the front desk after a long travel day. He genuinely made us feel welcome and took the time to explain where everything is, including the breakfast hours. The location is also very convenient for Midtown.
A nice weekend stay without any frills
8.0Booked directly online for a weekend stay. Close proximity to Moynihan Train Hall and there is a subway stop steps from the entrance. Times Square is a couple of blocks away but the hotel offers a quiet respite from the city noise. I opted for mobile check in and key but visited the front desk and the staff I spoke with was very courteous. The room was fairly spacious than typical rooms in the city. Very clean and well stocked. There were bottled waters replenished each day and housekeeping was efficient. We had dinner and drinks at the rooftop terrace which had a great atmosphere but the drinks and bites were pricey. Booking directly the room was approximately $580 per night.
