9.0Panoramic views of Venice! Probably the best you can find in Venice - like a dream! The apartment was very spacious and clean with the convenience of a washing machine. There are two terraces!

Un MUST pour visiter Venise.
10.0La localisation de l'appartement - Prés de la place San Marco et de beaucoup de sites. - Proche également des embarcadères de vaporeto et de nombreuses lignes, permettant de "quadriller" la cité des Doges. - La Grande terrasse équipée d'une table et de chaises fonctionnelles. - La vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse sur l'île de San Giorgio, un bout de la lagune, San Saluté, les quais, etc... - Le confort et l'équipement de l'appartement ainsi que sa surface. - L'ascenseur... - Un chauffage efficace (février..) - Le relationnel, la praticité et la facilité de contact (Téléphonie ou WhatsApp) avec les personnes chargées de l'appartement (Agence, concierge, etc..) - Bref, un endroit exceptionnel!
− - Le grille-pain HS qui, à la première utilisation a fait sauter les plombs (plus de lumière...) Rien de grave mais grille-pain à remplacer. - Un système de QR code pour connaître les instructions diverses et variées (Mais nécessaires) pour les occupants de l'appartement quand un manuel imprimé et plastifié à dispo dans l'appartement pour les occupants aurait été, je pense, plus simple et clair (?) Bref, des broutilles.
