Ok to stay but unfriendly staff and do not go the extra mile
1.0Close enough to where the restaurants are in Coral Gables- 15 min from airport.
− The staff was rude from the get go .. the two people were between 18-23 yo and they have a lot to learn about customer experience. The manager Ana was a terrible human being no wonder they were like that if she is in charge of them. Marriott needs to fire her immediately!
