The Perfect Get-Away for a Perfect Holiday
10.0Staff very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. When I didn't know how to get water to come out of the shower, they came to my room immediately and showed me. Also gave me tourist advise and how and where to buy a ticket for the Alilaguna service to take me to the airport. Venice was experiencing a heatwave and there was air conditioning in my room, as well as a blow fan.

A great place to enjoy Venice from.
10.0The style of the rooms was as promised, authentically decorated. Room was not large but everything was there. The location was great, a lot of places were easily to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast out on the square was an experience to enjoy.
