7.0The man who helped us at check in (at 11pm) was the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve seen at a hotel at that time of night ever!
If I come to Miami again, I will not stay anywhere else.
10.0Everyone made me feel safe! Extremely nice, wasn’t used to valet so that was a new experience for us, but absolutely loved it! Rooms are almost sound proof and you cannot hear the airplanes in your room! Also complementary dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap! And it smelled so good! Plenty of it too, no sample generic size.
The guest services were very polite and helpful.

Staff pretty welcoming. Airport shuttle is a nice touch. Only complaint is that it really isn’t within walking distance
