Good location for nearby clinics, but disappointing cleanliness
6.0The staff were polite and friendly, and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the bins were emptied every day. However, this did not make up for the poor cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
− Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The room needed a thorough deep clean. It also felt smaller than advertised and did not feel like a Deluxe room. The bathroom also needed a deep clean and some renovation. The bathroom walls also needed cleaning, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The bathroom had no hooks. The extractor fan did not work. The shower drained very slowly. I reported these issues upon arrival and was assured that everything would be fixed. Unfortunately, only the dust on the bed frame was cleaned. The other issues remained unresolved.

8.0Personale attento e premuroso,sono stata per un intervento all ospedale che si trova esattamente di fronte la struttura,quindi in una posizione comoda per chi ha bisogno di assistenza.le camera sono spaziose e confortevoli,la cena è il pranzo nel ristorante sono buoni e offrono piatti sia italiani che internazionali
