10.0The hotel was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the price/performance was very reasonable. The location of the hotel is great. All means of transportation are right next to you, very central, shopping malls, stores, restaurants, cafes, everything is available around. Everything I was looking for is in this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you Zeugma Family. I will definitely come again.

− As a three star experienced traveler, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. When we entered our room it smelled of marijuana. No part of it had been cleaned. When we wanted to change the room we were given a smaller room.The new room we were given was dirty and the towels were covered in blood. We wanted to change the towels, but the new towels were dirty.
