− Just AC was not there and it was summer.
Didn't meet expectations for the price point, customer service is almost non-existant

− - Sofa and chairs all very uncomfortable - Bed was like sleeping on concrete - Apartment is loud (Pub beneath) - Whole apartment is difficult to cool in hot weather (tower fan provided, but does not rotate and output from a chid blowing down a straw would be stronger) - Areas of the property damaged (bathroom door almost impossible to open once shut, bathroom fan shutter never opens, so don't expect steam to clear whilst showering, coffee machine faulty) - WiFi not working, Customer Experience team not helpful "Everyone goes home 16:30-17:00, someone will look tomorrow" was the response I got. Took until day 2 end of day to get a solution on WiFi, although the coffee machine WAS replaced - Priorities? - Customer Services almost impossible to reach without calling and being on hold for 30 minutes+. Still trying to get hold of them now with little response as they promised compensation. No responses to emails, very slow reponses to whatsapp (their chosen method), responds on social media only when it's a public conversation (they ask to DM then don't reply) - Absolutely terrible service.

4.0Location was nice.
− This is was the worst value for money property I’ve ever stayed. I requested early check in but it wasn’t possible, so they took their time to prepare the property (not to mention that their customer support was AI chat bot) but when I arrived the property was very dirty and when I tried to connect to the WiFi the network wasn’t even available so I had to contact their AI chat bot support again. After a lot of back and forth with the bot, it suggested to connect me to a human agent and they eventually resolved the issue by asking me to use the general building WiFi. I would never stay in Numa properties. So disappointing.
