− The bedrooms aren't fully blacked out - blackout curtains but no pelmet.
Centrally located but without the noise!
9.0Amazing location, great friendly team and spacious quite apartment. Super centrally located but without all the noise! Apartment was well looked after. Will be back!
− We had a slight issue with the drain in the shower in one of the bathrooms but no complaints other than that!
I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone visiting London especially if you are a group or a family.
10.0Monarch is an excellent property, great location, clean and spacious rooms. With good working facilities. I stayed with my teenage children for 8 nights and we really enjoyed it.

− I was shocked that they charged me half day for a 3 hour late checkout. No one has ever done that before, in spite of repeated requests to be reasonable.

Please note that cleaning is carried out everyday Monday - Friday. It is not available at the weekend or bank holiday.
Housekeeping service is provided for stays longer than 3 nights, every other day, with towels and linen change every 3rd day.
