10.0Great stay but I was disappointed the staff didn’t take care of the crowd outside the front entrance. It was not safe to enter through the main doors on Sunday (we would have to step in the street with incoming traffic). We had to go through the brasserie to make our way to our room. Passerby’s couldn’t safely use the sidewalk either.

10.0We love the ambiance, the fact that the general facility and specific room/bathroom was in excellent condition. We love the location. The staff is well trained, professional but cordial and always helpful. {they went successfully above and beyond to find an expensive scarf of mine and were prompt in fixing a small problem.} The fitness center could be a little better thought out and equipped.
