8.0L'emplacement juste à côté de la Yamanote Line, le confort de la chambre, plusieurs restos et kombini proches, très bel hôtel en général.
− La propreté de la chambre était très douteuse (tapis ULTRA sale et salle de bain moyenne). L'air climatisé coulait, le tapis était tout trempe (nous l'avons mentionné sans retour concret).
