10.0The rooms were so clean & spacious. There was also a lounge area with sofas and free snacks. You can also store your luggage upon check out. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and very responsive. They helped with our luggages and it was a smooth check-in process.
− There are some stairs that you have to take to reach the lift but other than that everything is perfect!

10.0Everything was perfect! The room was of a very high standard, and there was also a kitchenette available for our use with everything we needed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind, going above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend staying here, and if I return to Rome, this will definitely be my first choice again.
