8.0I'll start with all the good things about this hotel. The location is great!! We walked to all the sights. The staff is really friendly. The room is clean and the hair dryer is great. Now for the things that are just ok...

6.0This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I had been given a ‘superior’ room. Although it was like a suite, the only window looked out on to a shaft with drain pipes. I asked for a room change which they did the next day - so I had paid for a ‘superior’ room and ended up in one of the normal rooms which I was more satisfied with, apart from the pricing issue - I really feel I deserve a refund. The free bottle of wine was a large bottle of prosecco - for one person!!!! Ended up throwing most of it down the sink. Despite excellent location I’m not sure I will stay there again.
