Location was great - perfect for our appointment at great ormond street - Rooms very clean - comfortable beds. Breakfast very reasonable price and good choice of items.

− It’s basic but that’s okay just don’t expect luxuries. The bath panel was damaged/broken so just didn’t look great. Shower head looked like it needed a descale.

− Internet war schwach und setzte ab und zu aus Frühstück mit Einzel- Bestellung war etwas unklar, wie viel man nun bezahlen musste.

Great spotlessly clean room in a quiet & relaxing area right in central London

− Large spotless room in a postgraduate University accommodation facility. Room was great - spacious, clean, and in a really quiet quad building set amongst quiet residential neighbourhood, although right in the centre of London. There is no hotel style reception or concierge etc, although 'check-in' was smooth and easy from the 24hr manned service desk as you entered the building. The room had hard wood floor, no carpets, desk & also a fridge and mine was en-suite (others were advertised with shared facilities). No aircon, but two sash windows opened for fresh air. The bed shown in the photo was a single bed, mine was actually a mid-size, closer to a UK double bed width than a single. Only small criticism is that it only had one pillow and I normally prefer two - I should have asked for another but was too tired by that stage! There is an on-site self-service cafe and also a bar/coffee shop style facility which had great food at really low prices too (main dinner meal was £9.90). Room has no TV, although in the cafe there is communal TV areas (thsi was a short 2 min walk form my building). There are no hotel-style communal areas, there are other communal areas e.g. library etc. Was a great find and great place to stay, when you need a good bed, good shower and relaxing environment -- all spotlessly clean.
