10.0Great location, close to train station and water taxis. We liked that it was in a quieter neighborhood but still had excellent dining options within easy walking distance. It was nice to retreat back to the hotel after visiting the busy tourist attractions.

6.0Not much to say good or bad. This isn’t really a hotel. It’s a room with a code used to entry. There is no front desk. No one to call if you have an issue. Communicating leading up to the stay is basically zero. Expedia also can’t really do anything to help communicate as the Grifoni doesn’t really respond to Expedia either. That said, the room was nice but small and once we got the instructions on how to get into the building and then the room, it was fine.

6.0It just looked like someone tried to renovate but did it DIY style. The hooks for the towels were done with sticky tape and fell off, no control over our own air condition, tv ended up not working when raining, bed was hard.

Okay place to stay
6.0The check-in was easy did not have to meet with anyone, we were given codes for the main door and to rooms. It advertised that there was AC, but the thermostats are locked and it was pretty warm in the room. The main bed was fine, but the extra bed was very hard. Was located in a good location.
