1.0− Small stuffy room with no air con and no opening window. Staff member encountered rolled her eyes when we arrived to check in. Not the best experience
Well priced hotel but needs a good clean around shower and some aspects of room need updating.
5.0The hotel was in a good location for our short stay in London. Comfy bed.
− Grubby bathroom, tiny shower with terrible water pressure - was either too hot or too cold. Chrome fittings and sealant around shower dirty. No air con so very hot on our arrival. Fortunately the evening was quite cool so slept ok.

− 1. 明明訂的是deluxe double room, 郤被降為Standard double room. 反應也沒用. 住宿方跟本不回應. 完全不理. 透過booking.com反應也沒用. 真的太扯了. 只能先住下, 回國再向booking.com客訴. 2. 房間內沒有桌子, 沒有椅子, 只有一張免強給小朋友坐的小圓凳子, 大人坐了會垮下來. 3. 房間內沒有電風扇, 夏天很熱. 到晚上也很熱. 不耐熱的,睡覺會被熱醒. 4. 淋浴間的排水很差, 才剛洗澡,水就淹起來了. 怕水淹起來, 只能斷斷續續洗澡, 等水退了,再洗. 洗澡也太克難了.
