10.0Location was amazing. Staff was attentive. Some small issues with the apartment as I have listed below.
− One of the plugs did not work in the bedroom to charge the phone (in fact it was entirely missing with a hole in the wall). Also the hot water heater switch is in a tricky place - when you plug the kettle it turns off and hence no hot water… in any case, something we learned quickly and managed. The upstairs room we did not use at all but ended up using the foldout couch in the main room.
Best stay of my trip. I was ready to give up on booking.com

Venice Cera San Marco Terrace is close to San Marco Square.
7.0Venice Cera San Marco Terrace is central and close to the San Marco Square. The kitchen, living room and one bedroom is spacious. Our host, Kristina, was very friendly and picked us up at the water taxi stop and took us to the property.
− There are a lot of stairs (4 floors) with no elevator. Not recommended for older people. The second bedroom is very small and more suitable for children. The second bathroom is downstairs and not easy accessible at night. Part of the cleaning of the unit is to clean the bins and taking out the trash and it is unfit to expect from your guests to carry the garbage bags downstairs and look for the garbage collectors.
