− Temizlik sıkıntısı
La carta igienica solitaria e l'asciugamano fantasma.
3.0La posizione è strategica per arrivare praticamente ovunque si voglia.
− La struttura non è il massimo nella nostra stanza la finestra non si chiudeva bene, un solo asciugamano a persona nonostante ci era stato comunicato che se ne avevamo bisogno ce ne avrebbero forniti altri. Ogni giorno a scrivere su WhatsApp che era finita la carta igienica, metterne qualche rotolo in più direttamente non avrebbe guastato. le lenzuola erano macchiate. Ci hanno detto di avvisare se non volevamo che entrassero in camera per le pulizie,ma nonostante ogni giorno sia stato segnalato,2/3 giorni su 4 sono entrati ugualmente. È stato spiacevole anche il fatto di un aumento spropositato della tassa di soggiorno, perché arrivato a quel punto uno avrebbe scelto un'altra sistemazione. Per il check-in l'omino è risultato gentile e cordiale,ma purtroppo il servizio dei giorni a seguire ci ha lasciato un po' di amaro in bocca.

− Al mio arrivo il pavimento era sporco, ho trovato la doccia piena di calcare, gli emenitis nn erano abbastanza x 2 persone , il personale delle pulizie e entrato mentre dormivo

9.0The staff was friendly. The location is perfect. The room was very spacious with a little balcony.
− Lack of shampoo and shower gel. The 2 mini size ones offered are enough for 1 shower each.

7.0The location was great. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
− The room was very noisy. The windows faced the street, and it felt like there was almost no sound insulation. There is also a bar downstairs, so it was difficult to avoid the noise. The shower area could be better maintained, and there was nowhere convenient to hang or dry towels. The shelf above the toilet wasn’t very practical for that purpose. Only hand soap was provided. There were a few toiletry bottles in the bathroom, but they looked used, so we didn’t feel comfortable using them.
