8.0I think this location was perfect. What I did not like about this area is that there’s no lobby for people to sit or relax. In my room I had two other people and one of them had to work so this person had to use the bedroom to work. The lights were on for a very long time at night. So it would be helpful to have a lobby. If you want this as your work trip, I would not recommend it. If you just need a place to sleep then this place is simple. Don’t expect available staff 24/7. There are only people for a few hours at the front desk. I do like the location and the place is very clean.

8.0Our room was a on suite small room but ok bath was tight I'm a big guy I could barely fit in shower. I used the toilet across the hall since I'm not a contortionist. If you are small enough it will work for you.

10.0Great property in the heart of Venice. Walked from here to all corners of the island and on arrival, the train station was only 10 minute walk away. The attendant was willing to wait for us when our train was delayed (Thank you so much for that) and was very attentive to property needs. Would definitely stay here again.
