I understand that the area is expensive as it is near sagrada familia but they could have at least provided better toile
4.0Very close to sagrada familia and L5 train which gives easy access around the city.
− I was taken aback when we were asked to pay for tourist tax upon check in which cost 30 euros. It was not stated in booking.com. Toilet did not have locks as they’re broken. Mind you, this is a shared toilet for all guests. I was once surprised to see a person using the toilet as I opened it. Totally disappointing for me and the other guest. Toilet time is private. They could have at least fixed the lock. I used the men’s toilet which also has a broken door lock but was way better as i could just easily hold the door to keep it from opening. Shampoo was provided for our shower area but it was more like water than shampoo. It was good as nothing.

The hostel has a very specific reception schedule, from 4:00h(02:00p.m)- 19:00h(07:00p.m.). Check-in must be completed only within this time frame. After 19:00h(07:00p.m.), check-in will not be possible, and we are not responsible for any late check-ins.
