10.0The staff at AKA were so lovely from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived early off a long flight from Australia and were able to get an early check in because no one had stayed the night before. The service from the reception was wonderful. It was quiet and cozy. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had a lovely relaxing feel to it. The disabled bathroom was tricky with the shower being open but actually we didn’t find it bothered us too much. The staff gave us multiple floor mats so it’s was easy to dry up and we were travelling with a teenager so maybe I’m just used to water on the floor. Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend. Worth the money and a lovely quiet area behind Oxford st.
