9.0El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y cordial, puesto que, nos dieron consejos para el itinerario que teniamos previsto. Asimismo, la ubicación del hostal nos ayudo a desplazrnos a varias zonas de la ciudad, debido que hay una estación de metro a 3 cuadras aprox.

Excellent location, good transportation connections at a quiet place
10.0It was at an excellent location, close to a metro station and direct connection to all major sights. Our room was quiet despite the road works in the neighborhood. Th room was fine, perfect for sleeping - we used it dominantly for that. The bed/matress was very comfortable. We had a handwash basin in the room while there were 3 bathrooms with toilets to share with other passengers. The room and the shared bathrooms, too, were kept nice and clean. We made a good use of the air condition, too.
− There were no major problems. The TV was not working in our room, but since we didn't use it, it was not a problem for us. But that is really all.
