9.0There’s no mis-selling. It’s just like in the pictures. Very close to the BTS and MRT, and malls nearby, Union Mall, Lotus and Central Laprao. Their shuttle service is very reliable, and it’s easy to walk to the property even if it’s late at night. 24/7 availability on WatsApp to provide any assistance. Their kitchen & dining area was very useful even for just connecting you laptop and working… Smart TV, reliable WiFi, big shower. This is indeed a hidden gem, good value for money
− The floors are not swept on a daily basis so it made the facilities feel a bit dirty. Housekeeping should just add the routine of sweeping the floors, both in the rooms and common dining area

10.0Pleasant staff. Really nice room with all the amenities. Cool 2nd floor lounge and place to eat. Also shuttle service to spots in the area was convenient.

9.0What I liked most was the free shuttle service, the complimentary bottled water (with generous-sized bottles), and the very comfortable bed with three pillows. Even though breakfast was not included in my booking, I really appreciated that the hotel provided complimentary coffee, snacks, and instant noodles. These thoughtful touches made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
− Would it be better to provide a free charger adapter instead of requiring customers to purchase one.
