A beautiful place with a true soul
10.0What a truly beautiful place, full of character and soul! Decorated with so much taste, one could feel how much care and love went into creating this little guesthouse. I just loved being in my room, surrounded by all the beautiful things. Staying in Harlem Grand was an experience in itself, adding to all the fantastic things New York has to offer. The location is great, I love Harlem but also access to downtown was super easy and quick as the guesthouse is 5min walk to an express metro line. And above all, it was such a pleasure to meet the owner of this place - what an interesting and lovely person, she made the stay so personal, I wish we had more time to talk. After meeting her, I can see why this place has a real soul. Thank you for creating it.

Great stay at Harlem grand
9.0The property felt like luxury, the rooms were massive l, the bed was comfortable and the host was incredible from start to finish. We had an amazing stay at Harlem Grand and we would definitely come back if we were ever in New York again.
− Overall the stay was great, but for our entire stay there was a beeping noise coming from the traffic lights just down the road which made it hard to sleep at night. We are aware this is not the hotels fault, but it did disrupt our sleep. On our first day out, we came back to our room and our door was unlocked, we knew we locked this before we came out and we were aware that the cleaner had come in as there were fresh towels when we came back. I immediately messaged our host explaining this, and when she questioned our time at the end of the stay I brought this up as it did make us feel like our belongings were not entirely safe.
