PÉSIMO EN MAYÚSCULAS
3.0La ubicación. Era céntrico.
− Para empezar, llegar al alojamiento fue una auténtica gincana. Nos enviaron un pdf con instrucciones (en el anuncio de Booking no ponía que no te entregaban las llaves en mano) de cómo llegar a un sitio, qué códigos poner para abrir la puerta y qué otro código poner en un box para adquirir las llaves. De ahí tuve que andar 3km para llegar al alojamiento, todo esto de noche y lloviendo, y al llegar volver a poner otro código para entrar. No dejaron por escrito ni en WhatsApp ni en el pdf que piso y qué habitación era la nuestra, tuvimos que llamar a las 23h de la noche para que nos dieran indicaciones. Además, no nos esperábamos que el váter tuviera caca por fuera de visitantes anteriores y que una mampara de la ducha estuviera suelta. Adjunto fotos de todo. El grifo de ducha no funcionaba bien, tenemos vídeos también. Hay una maquina exterior que hace muchísimo ruido! Como una turbina. Eramos dos personas pero cogí en Booking una habitación de 3… nos pusieron una cama de matrimonio. Somos amigos, no pareja, ni si quiera preguntaron.

− Me parece incómodo recoger llaves en un sitio diferente al propio apartamento. La calefacción debiera estar encendida al llegar al apartamento

− El tener que recoger las llaves en piazza roma que esta a 30 minutos del alojamiento y no poder dejar en el alojamiento el equipaje asta las 3.

− El manteniment era dolent somiers trencats, banys sense manteniment. El manteniment dolent en general. Pujar tres pisos sense ascensor i la sala comuna semblava un traster de sofàs
