4.0Breakfast extremely poor. Choice and quality was very limited. Egg was rotten and green. Juice was off. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not friendly and were unwelcoming. They came across as completely disinterested and we were made to feel unwelcome. Would not return.

8.0Very nice apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a lounge /kitchen, very nice and pleasant. Parking and tube both very easy and shops nearby.

10.0Stayed at Heatherbank for 1 night and we had a great stay. Room facilities were great and we had everything we need. Slept well, quiet rooms and clean with no complaints. The team allowed us to check in early so we could spend the day in London. A 10 minute walk to the tube and 20 minute tube journey got us into central London. They also allowed to us to park our car before check in and after check out. So accommodating and would definitely stay again - thank you for a lovely visit!
