10.0Upmarket location and apartment; very tastefully presented. Rather different from a hotel - breakfast is not the full English, instead well-stocked cereal range (bring milk!!). Very comfortable, and certainly a home away from home. I wasn't too happy about both the additional cleaning fee (though my own omission - I'd not read the whole page on Hotels.com), and the process to finalise the booking. I understand the differences now between a 'hotel' and an 'apartment for nightly stay' so probably won't make the same mistake again unless traveling with family, and for several days.

10.0It was an amazing apartment with fantastic views over the Thames barriers Superbly maintained and even had breakfast cereals and a bottle of wine included to make you feel at home Would stay again for sure next time I’m at excel
