We had a wonderful stay and would happily book this apartment again on our next visit to London.

We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for a two-week stay, making it easy to prepare meals at home. We especially loved the balcony terrace, where it was lovely to relax with a cup of tea. The location was very convenient, with the nearest Underground station only about an 8-minute walk away. A special thank you to Peter, who was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay.

− The sofa in the living room could use some repairs, as it occasionally sinks in when sitting on it. Other than that, everything was great.

A very comfortable stay near Olympia Exhibition Centre

The apartment was very cosy, comfortable and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice, and everything was elegantly furnished, clean and well maintained. The overall standard was very high. There is also a beautiful backyard at the back of the property, which can be used and adds a very pleasant touch to the stay. The location was ideal for me, as I was attending a conference at Olympia Exhibition Centre and could walk there in just a few minutes every day. The area was quiet, calm and felt very safe, which I appreciated very much. I would also like to say thank you for the beautiful fresh roses that were waiting for me in the main room. It was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, it is a very good apartment in an excellent location, and I would definitely recommend it to visitors coming to London.

− Unfortunately, my stay took place during a period of very high temperatures in London. The apartment does not have air conditioning, only one small portable fan in the bedroom. This made the stay quite difficult, especially in the evenings after a full day at the conference, when I wanted to rest but found it hard to sleep because the apartment remained very hot. Even with the windows open in the evening, when it was slightly cooler outside, the whole house heated up very quickly. Although there are blinds on the windows and the rooms could be kept dark during the day, the heat still came inside very easily. This was the biggest disadvantage of my stay. The internet signal was also rather weak for my needs. Fortunately, I did not have to do a lot of work online, so it was not a major problem for me. However, if someone needs a stronger and more reliable internet connection, I would recommend contacting the host in advance for assistance. The internet is available, but the signal could be stronger. Despite these points, the apartment itself is very nice, beautifully maintained and in a very interesting and convenient location.

When my wife and I planned a week in London, we initially considered booking a hotel. However, we decided that an apartment would offer more space, greater privacy, cooking facilities when needed, and a more homely atmosphere. The stylish Kensington apartment exceeded all our expectations. Situated in a safe and attractive part of Kensington, it was exactly as presented in the photographs on Booking.com. Our main contact at YesNowStays was Peter, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay particularly enjoyable. The access instructions were clear and straightforward, and when we experienced a minor issue with the heating, Peter resolved it promptly. He was always available via WhatsApp and regularly checked that everything was going well. Although the listing mentions one bathroom, there is also an additional toilet, which proved very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine worked perfectly and was frequently used during our stay, and the bedroom was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. There was an ample supply of hot water—something we greatly appreciated as enthusiastic twice-daily bathers. The location is another major advantage. Access to the Underground is easy, and a wide selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within a five-minute walk. Having stayed here, I genuinely wonder why anyone would choose a cramped hotel room when apartments such as 72 Avonmore Road are available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are deeply grateful to Peter, our almost invisible guardian, whose attentive support made everything effortless. The next time we visit London, there is no other place we would rather stay.

The space was clean, comfy bed with amazing comforter, the balcony with seating adorable, all necessary amenities. It felt very safe behind 2 locked doors on a residential road. Staff was easy to communicate with and quick to respond so that was quite valuable. Although it wasn't close to most things we did, we could easily Uber to places.... Chinatown was about 30 min away.

− The heating was difficult to figure out as a non-UK resident, fortunately they came and got it to work, so I never adjusted it again. The sofa bed had been put away incorrectly, so after some tweaking the handles, I sorted it out. The check out time was 10am which is earliest I've had anywhere, ever, so that's something to keep in mind. Also street parking is not allowed, so if you're bringing your car you'll need to find a garage... the Hilton hotel garage allowed overnight parking, about a 5 block walk away, roughly £40 per night
