4.0I received a bed in 6 bed dorm even though I paid for a 4 bed dorm. They wanted to give my money back but until today nothing.

4.0The location is very central, but with that comes a very noisy street. Booked for the air-conditioner, told that it was not an option to turn on, Madrid was over 30c the days we were there, so we slept with the window open, unfortunately letting the noise in all night. The rooms need maintenance, the bathroon and shower were full of mould and smelt mouldy too. They have even tried painting over the grout in the shower with white paint to disguise the black, mould. Worst two nights in Madrid.
