6.0Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour. Cependant, Dès le premier jour on nous avait dit que l’on aurait une chambre mieux placée et plus grande sans extra. Ça ne s’est jamais passé. De plus nous avons eu un problème de clim et avons dû dormir deux nuits avec un ventilateur à la place. Ce n’était pas très confortable. Mais nous avons toujours eu un interlocuteur. Et il essayait toujours de trouver une solution.

8.0Autentisk old-style Istanbul i en rolig sidegate rett ved Taksim-plassen og Istiklal. Fullt utstyrte studio-leiligheter med resepsjon som i nærheten som er åpen 24/7. Rimelig og sjarmerende tilbud som gir mye for pengene særlig hvis man bestiller med terrasse. Gode senger. Personalet er vennlige og hjelpsomme.

2.0this hotel is nothing like what it seems online. The area is very risky and not very safe. The room we were provided was on the third floor with no elevator and tight stairs. The room had flies all over and was dusty and airless. The bathroom door was closed and the shower door was broken. There were stains on the sheets. The man that brought us to the top floor which was nothing better. We could barely breathe as it was airless and the building across could see everything through the window. We asked for a refund they said they were not allowed to provide one. We immediately left within one hour and found another hotel. The man at the desk was kind enough to explain that this was out of his control controlled for a refund but I am now fighting with my credit card company for the payment. I do not recommend this hotel at all
