10.0Incredibly stylish hotel in a completely updated former factory building. Very popular bar and restaurant in lobby. Rooms were elegant and thoughtfully appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

4.0I have experienced a problematic experience during my stay. Basically Paris was around 13 to 22 degrees celcius and the air conditioning was broken during my whole stay, they offered me portable heaters. The phones were out during my stay, they offered to message over whatsup app if I needed any hotel services and so. But it takes to for the to answer. One night I arrived at my room and see that the room cleaning service did not put any hand or floor towels at the room. I messaged them 3 times they did not even return my messages. I tried to call the hotel lobby from outside to check their messages but like I said their phone system is out. They forget to put towels twice!!! They give to bottles of complimentary water, they forget to put that too once. It gave me the feeling that I should check everything when I arrive in my room if anything is forgotten. This is not a comfortable feeling. Plus for the room, its cosy and comfortable, my only concern is that the bath needs space around the sink area to put the personal items. The light lumen is low around the sink area, I have had hard time during my beard shaving. Quite nice location, hotel looks nice. But I would expect much better for the amount I paid for the room.
