9.0Perfect location in a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood, just a few steps from the Biennale Giardini and a very short walk from bars and restaurants. Everything you could need, from Mocca pot to hairdryer to AC. And just two stops to take a dip in the Lido.
This is the best part of Venice, especially if you like the biennale.
8.0We loved the location. You are almost in the Giardini and 5 minutes walk from that part of the biennale. The Arsenale is only about 20 minutes walk. There are several good restaurants nearby, including the excellent Osteria San Isepo (formelry Bar Lele) about a 1 minute walk away. The vaporetto stop is nearby and the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people.
− A problem with the air conditioning upstairs was resolved by the hosts within 24 hours. You do need it though - the upstairs bedroom is far too hot without it. It is very effective and not too noisy once working.

9.0Tichá lokalita nie úplne v centre, ale pár minùt chôdze a ste tam. Ak chcete navṣ̌tíviť Bienále tak to bude pre vás ideálna pozícia.
− Videli sme už aj čistejṣ̌í apartmán :/ A smeti sme si museli odniesť sami, bolo to veľmi nepraktické,chaotické a mal by to rieṣ̌iť hostiteľ.
Geweldige locatie voor Biënnale liefhebbers
8.0Locatie was echt geweldig, uitgaande dat je de Biënnale wil bezoeken. Lekker ruim appartement, rustige buurt, fijne douche boven. Bed boven was oké. Vlakbij is de supermarkt en om de hoek zijn een paar fijne lokale restaurantjes. (Niet vergeten te reserveren want het is er zeer druk!)
− Wonderlijk was dat op de instructie stond dat de vaat moest worden afgespoeld alvorens in de vaatwasser gezet te worden. Bij navraag bleek er helemaal geen vaatwasser te zijn, maar ook geen theedoek en afdruiprek. Het was een zeer warme periode, en helaas deed de airco het niet.
