3.0The location is excellent—right next to La Pedrera (Casa Milà) in the very heart of Barcelona, making it super convenient for exploring the city.
− I have a major complaint. Upon check-in on the 20th, I discovered there was no building entrance key provided in the room. For the entire duration of my stay (until the 23rd), I was completely unable to enter the building on my own. Every morning and late at night, I had to awkwardly wait by the main door and follow other residents in just to get inside. I called customer service to report this issue every single day, hoping for a quick resolution, but nothing was done. It is incredibly disappointing that such a basic security and access requirement was ignored for three straight days. Great location, but the lack of basic amenities and the poor responsiveness from management ruined the experience.

9.0Am fost foarte mulțumiți de locație. Apartamentul este amplasat chiar în inima orașului, de unde se ajunge foarte ușor la principalele obiective turistice. Casa Batlló și Casa Milà sunt la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos, iar în imediata apropiere se găsesc numeroase restaurante, terase și cafenele. Deși zona este foarte animată și localurile sunt deschise până târziu, nu am fost deranjați de zgomot. Din contră, ne-a plăcut atmosfera vibrantă și energia cartierului. Apartamentul a fost curat și foarte bine echipat. Chicineta dispunea de toate ustensilele necesare, iar la sosire am găsit un welcome kit și un set de produse pentru uz casnic (capsule pentru mașina de spălat vase, detergent și alte consumabile), un detaliu pe care l-am apreciat.
− Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost solicitarea unei garanții suplimentare de 300 € după efectuarea rezervării. Această informație nu era suficient de clar evidențiată în momentul rezervării, iar costul suplimentar a fost o surpriză.
