Very very disappointing
3.0The staff were unhelpful , we arrived later than planned as our plane was 3 hours late. We arrived at the hotel , we had a table booked for 8.30 at the Italian restaurant.We arrived just before 9 pm to find the restaurant closed at 9pm and the restaurant would not serve us. I was amazed a London restaurant would close so early. We were told to go to the cafe , which did burgers and fish and chips .
− Staff were unhelpful and quite unfriendly. I was charged for one night before we arrived then on arrival I was charged for another two nights so 3 nights even though we booked for 2. I spoke to reception and they said money would be refunded but a day later I have been over charged by £1000. If you use booking.com you are not allowed to use the facilities like the pool etc. I have never come across that before at any hotel . Obviously they don’t like booking.com guests

− Major issues with communications when booking this room on behalf of my colleagues and around payment. limited access to all hotel facilities as a guest did not convey value for money. customer services was extremely poor.
