10.0We stayed at the suite, and everything was perfect. We asked for a mirror and the lovely staff immediately found a way to provide us with one. Everyone were lovely and helpful, with supreme levels of service!
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed
10.0This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I've always managed to stay in my preferred room. This was the first trip I've ever taken with my daughter and the concierge was helpful and insightful when I asked for advice. The hotel is quiet, a sanctuary in a hot and busy city during the summer and the location is ideal for experiencing local flavour, being close to a market and many dining options. I look forward to returning.
