10.0Great stay at Chesham Court Apartments! The staff were amazing, the location was excellent, and everything was clean, safe, and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

10.0The reception SABRINA showed me and my wife was amazing and impressive. She offered more than just service; she always made guests feel her sincerity and kindness. We’re also very grateful to Robin for all the conveniences he provided during our stay. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit London, and we look forward to seeing Sabrina and Robin once more.

− we noticed several cleanliness issues that caused concern, including hair in the bathroom sink, stains on the carpet, and a kitchen that did not appear to be properly cleaned. In addition, badly maintained, quite noisy, with constant noise that makes it difficult to rest and enjoy a comfortable stay. These issues have significantly affected our experience. The reception and the owner were informed, but they were neither flexible nor understanding. Terrible customer service!
Résidence hôtelière agréable te confortable
9.0Grand appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, bien situé dans Londres, et pourtant calme tout proche d’arrêts de bus et à proximité de la station de métro. Possibilité de laisser ses valises le dernier jour, c’est bien pratique. A noter que le quartier est tout à fait safe. Le personnel à l’accueil est plutôt agréable.
