10.0Всё было великолепно ! Большие , светлые апартаменты ! Чистая современная кухня , весь набор посуды , всё необходимое оборудование , две просторные удобные спальни , чистые и большие санузлы , огромная гостиная - все это сделало наше пребывание в Венеции уютным и очень комфортным!

Beautiful historic apartment in a perfect location
9.0The apartment was absolutely beautiful and located in a charming historic building right by a canal. The location was perfect—very peaceful and quiet, with no noise or other disturbances. The apartment itself was stunning, featuring an original historic painted ceiling, very spacious rooms, and plenty of space to relax. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the coffee machine, and having a washing machine was very convenient when we needed it. I have stayed in Venice several times before, and this was by far my favorite location. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it.
− The few negatives were very minor and certainly would not stop me from staying here again. For my personal preference, the air conditioning was a little too cold. I know that some previous guests mentioned it was too warm for them, but for me it felt slightly too cold. The only other issue was communication with the host. Responses were sometimes slow, and although I asked several times, I never received the invoice I had requested. Overall, these were only small inconveniences, and I would happily stay here again.
Venice is incredible and staying in this modern and well located property really enhanced our time!
10.0Collecting the keys was a streamline process and communicating with the host was seamless. I would maybe caution someone who is uncofortable with using text and technology against booking here but most people with modern technology comfort will be fine!
