4.0Kylpylää ei näkynyt missään, ilmeisesti eri osoitteessa kuin majoitus. Huone pieni, paikat rikki, sängyn patjaa ei oltu imuroitu lainkaan ja saumoissa hiekka yms. Henkilökunta nuoria miehiä, avuliaita kyllä. Ruokapaikkoja lähistöllä. Aamupala viereissä kahvilassa. Ei voi suositella paikkaa.

8.0The location of this hotel is great, close to the heart of Old Istanbul. The staff was friendly. As a family, we stayed in an apartment on the first floor, but no elevator. We paid extra for breakfast. We had breakfast every day at Hafez Mostafa, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

10.0The staff at this hotel are all absolutely amazing!!! They are all very helpful and friendly and very accomodating! I felt like I made new friends while staying and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Also the location was perfect. Walking distance to the grand bazaar and all other tourist attractions. Also walking distance to the metro and great restaurants! The staff also speak English which was very helpful!! Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul a wonderful experience!!
